VendrLoop exists because most 50–500 employee companies don't have anyone whose full-time job is managing software vendors — so contracts drift, renewals auto-bill, and nobody ever goes back to negotiate.
VendrLoop was founded to close a specific gap: growing companies accumulate software tools quickly, but rarely have a dedicated function to manage what they've bought. Someone signs up for a tool, a renewal auto-bills a year later, and pricing never gets revisited — multiplied across five, ten, or fifteen vendors.
That gap is the whole business. VendrLoop sits on the customer's side of the table — sourcing tools, negotiating pricing directly with vendors, consolidating contracts onto one calendar, and re-quoting every renewal before it lapses.
VendrLoop resells and consults across IT management software — AD management, ITSM, ITOM, endpoint management, security and compliance — plus HR, payroll, engineering, and CRM tools, with coverage expanding as the loop grows. Because we're compensated through vendor partner programs rather than by billing clients, there's no incentive to mark anything up.
